Pink Parcel - July

I recently signed up to Pinkparcel, it’s a service that sends you a monthly supply of tampons, (you can chose the brand and the absorbency) and some goodies. It arrived in a cute grey box with pink writing. Once you open the box there are three different sections. There was a little bag to keep in your handbag that was labelled for now, two boxes filled with tampons labelled for later and a little box with all my goodies in labelled; for you, something to cheer you up. And boy did it.

The box costs £9.99 per month and you set up a direct debit that can be cancelled at any time. I chose Tampax Pearl; to get four different types of this tampon would cost a lot more that £9.99.

I was actually a bit sceptical that they wouldn’t send enough tampons, but they sent plenty. It came with 30 tampons, 7 lights, 8 regular, 7 super and 8 super+, which was more than enough for me.

The little box of goodies contained:

Travel pack Femfresh wipes (10 pack)

These are perfect for your time of the month, help to keep things fresh etc., and it’s a handy size and as it’s nearly summer and things can get a bit ‘sweaty’, so it can help to refresh etc.
Nail File – white with black flower pattern

A nail file is always handy, always good to have about. This one is cute and has a lovely design, it’s been on my night stand and I’ve used it plenty.

Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream

It was a 30ml size bottle, it smells nice and feels really luxurious and does a really good job. It is such a well-known brand and I was really taken aback. It works really well and I would recommend it.

w7 Cover Up Stick

They sent it in a medium shade that works for most skin tones. The stick has tea tree in it, which really helps with hormone related acne. Covers well and really does the job.

Fake Bake beyond Bronze pallet

This is such a cute little pallet, it works really well as a bronzer all together, or you can use them separately as eye shadows. It gives a really nice coverage and is just lovely.

Each month they send you a tea pig’s bag of chamomile tea and a small chocolate bar – exactly what you need at that time of the month. I love that, it thinks it’s just such a sweet thing to do.  

I am so happy that I signed up for this box and I read that they are planning on adding sanity towels at some point soon, that to me, would make it perfection.

N.B. when I received my second box they had sent me the same samples. I sent them an email; they replied the same day and sent me another box the next working day. I really love this service. I am so happy with it.
